In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "royalclub," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the royalclub platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the royalclub platform in any capacity.

royalclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and active.

To register and maintain an account with royalclub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the royalclub platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

royalclub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by royalclub may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of royalclub services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) royalclub account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. royalclub employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• You must provide accurate date of birth information for age verification purposes.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number where applicable.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your location during registration or at any subsequent time.

royalclub reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your royalclub account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

royalclub will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from royalclub that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your royalclub account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify royalclub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• royalclub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

royalclub reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

royalclub accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Filipino players in accordance with applicable Philippine payment regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your royalclub account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. royalclub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All funds deposited into your royalclub account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

royalclub reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

royalclub aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. royalclub does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

royalclub reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to a player's account balance if the request does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or if a compliance review is ongoing.

royalclub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all royalclub promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. royalclub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• royalclub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to royalclub immediately and must not be exploited.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward royalclub staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any royalclub software or technology.

royalclub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard after login.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

Any unauthorized use of royalclub's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, royalclub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the royalclub platform or any services provided thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, royalclub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, regulatory requirements, or any other cause.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from a game malfunction or technical error, beyond the return of the wagered amount as described in Section 9.

royalclub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your royalclub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude royalclub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

royalclub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account with royalclub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

royalclub processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• KYC verification and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Providing customer support services.
• Sending promotional communications, where you have provided consent.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Any account closure request will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal and account closure procedures in effect at the time of the request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and royalclub, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting royalclub's customer support team. royalclub will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and royalclub with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
